Occustat is operated by Osorio Group LLC, doing business as Occustat ("Occustat," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information from clients who use our services. Our services are available to clients in the United States and Canada only.
By using the Occustat website or services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
We collect information in two ways: directly from you and through your OwnerRez account.

We do not collect personally identifiable information about your guests beyond what is already contained in your OwnerRez booking records. We do not store guest payment information.
We use the information we collect solely to provide and maintain your Occustat dashboard. Specifically:
We do not sell or rent your data. We do use Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising tools on our website, which may involve sharing limited, hashed information with Meta for ad measurement and audience matching purposes — see Section 7 for details.
Delivering the Occustat service requires the use of certain third-party tools. Each processes your data only as necessary to support service delivery.

We make reasonable efforts to use third-party services that maintain appropriate data security standards. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services, and encourage you to review their policies.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we will retain your data for up to 30 days in case you wish to reactivate, after which it will be deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us at [email protected].
Your OwnerRez credentials, dashboard data, and account configuration are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Access to your dashboard is gated by your private PIN. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Occustat website (occustat.com) uses the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) to measure the performance of our advertising and to show relevant ads to people who may be interested in Occustat. The Meta Pixel sets cookies and collects information such as pages visited, general device and browser data, and actions taken on our site (for example, starting or completing checkout).
We may also use Meta's Automatic Advanced Matching feature, which hashes (encrypts) contact information you provide in forms on this site — such as your name, email address, or phone number — before sending it to Meta. This is used only to improve the accuracy of ad measurement and audience matching; Meta does not receive this information in plain, readable form.
This data is shared with and processed by Meta in accordance with Meta's Privacy Policy. You can control how Meta uses this information for ads through your Facebook ad preferences, and you can block cookies generally through your browser settings.
Basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) may also be retained by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, in accordance with their own privacy policy.
Occustat is a business-to-business service intended for adult short-term rental operators. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.
Occustat serves clients in the United States and Canada only. If you are located outside of these countries, please do not use our services.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify active clients by email if the changes are material.
