Occustat is operated by Osorio Group LLC, doing business as Occustat ("Occustat," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information from clients who use our services. Our services are available to clients in the United States and Canada only.
By using the Occustat website or services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
We collect information in two ways: directly from you and through your OwnerRez account.

We do not collect personally identifiable information about your guests beyond what is already contained in your OwnerRez booking records. We do not store guest payment information.
We use the information we collect solely to provide and maintain your Occustat dashboard. Specifically:

Delivering the Occustat service requires the use of certain third-party tools. Each processes your data only as necessary to support service delivery.

We make reasonable efforts to use third-party services that maintain appropriate data security standards. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services, and encourage you to review their policies.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we will retain your data for up to 30 days in case you wish to reactivate, after which it will be deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us at [email protected].
We take reasonable precautions to protect the information we collect and store. OwnerRez access tokens and API credentials are used only for the purpose of building and maintaining your dashboard and are not stored in plain text where avoidable. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Occustat website (occustat.com) does not currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools. Basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) may be retained by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, in accordance with their own privacy policy.
Occustat is a business-to-business service intended for adult short-term rental operators. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.
Occustat serves clients in the United States and Canada only. If you are located outside of these countries, please do not use our services.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify active clients by email if the changes are material.
